Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
GLMED is not liable for any products lost during shipping. If, in the unlikely event, the product(s) you receive are not in a merchantable condition, please email us immediately on [email protected] and we will forward you instructions to file the case. We will assess the product(s) and if found to be faulty, we will send you a replacement product(s) and refund the cost of freight. Please note: we do our best to ensure that goods are shipped in excellent condition and cannot accept responsibility for environmental conditions encountered once a product has left our premises.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
GLMED is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
